Roger Pielke Jr. is so far gone on this issue. Not surpising that, as one of the few 'scientists' that disputes everything he is dragged into the Senate to tell them what they want to hear, despite the fact that the REAL source of information for Congress SHOULD be the NAS (which was given the mandate to determine what is science and what is one sided gibberish by politically or economically motivated cranks).
Despite this, he has one thing right. AGW based climate change doesn't CAUSE weather disasters. At least not directly. It just makes them worse. A concern? You bet.
