I would sooner click a link to Pravda or The New York Times. Compared to Daily Kos, both of those are pro-America.

I thought one of reasons cited for people not getting their aid approved was lacking documentation. Something about a letter of damage. Even if a bureaucratic problem if a person lacks documentation that might describe and validate the actual damage how is that discrimination?

Get the letter/documentation or ask for help to get the letter/documentation. Just because someone didn't correctly or completely finish the process does not mean they were discriminated against.
