Here we go again. This time it is a reasonable delay but why has it taken so long in the first place. I'm sure that this project is way behind schedule from what was originally planned. If it had been on schedule it would have been completed before last months heavy rains. I'm starting to think that this Expressway was designed to be a retirement program for everyone involved and they are stretching it out as long as they can. I'd hate to think of the cost overruns that these time extensions have caused. This is a perfect example of why people are disgusted with public projects.

No, our stupid Governor chased out most of the hard-working illegals which left only the slow and lazy workers to complete the job.
