Ocean City sees smaller V zone with new BFE maps

I want to buy a second home in OC but I'm afraid to because I'm uncertain as to increase in insurance premiums. I have my eye on one house in particular but nobody knows or can tell me what the impact will be. Frustrating but I guess I can wait it out - when will the dust settle and costs be more apparent?
