There is a big difference between a drought stressed lawn and the dirt and weed patch that these people are trying to pass off as a lawn. Drought or no drought that "lawn" could be easily and inexpensively removed and replaced with drought tolerant landscape and high efficiency drip irrigation. The city of Glendora will even pay $4 per square foot if you remove your lawn and replace it with xeriscape.

"Dead Lawn Bull rider"

These are bull skeet lies this unknown "posting location hidden" most likely it a crude sucker posting from Glendora city hall skeet factory headquarters.

The city of Glendora has handled the water/drought problem as well as Rizzo did from the city of Bell, Ca. handle their problems.

Total failure!

I don't know if mark smith can handle a BBW. He's kind of a scrawny guy. A woman like that might break him. Besides, I hear his buddy ed gives him everything that he needs.

Dead Lawn, the guy who said you lied is Mark Smith the town idiot. He lives on Topix, I destroy him here. He's the guy who gets up at every City Council meeting and cries like a little girl. He has a pony tail and has an odor to him. If the post is poorly written and makes no sense it's Smith and just don't pay attention to it, nobody ever does.

Must be a lot of hoity toity politicians more worried about reselling their house than living conditions. Local code enforcement acts like they are president of a condo board or home owners association trying to make the perfect gentrified community like a king ruling over their subjects.

Most people buy a house to live in and not resell. If you bought a house as your only investment oh well. You are not entitled to profit nor should you expect one in this or any economy/market. If you bought a house to for a place to live and raise kids best of luck.

A resident shouldn't have to keep flip flopping landscapes because someone else wants to sell their house at their desired price.

Some other rules from The Community Preservation Division.

-Must have a "well irrigated" lawn

Are they going to pay for the water and how.

-Lawns must be "weed free"

Are they going to supply weed killer and landscapers uh-oh a dandy lion. What happens when the water supply is affected by all those weed killing chemicals. Or when kids and pets play on chemically treated lawns.

-No parking on your own lawn

-No storing vehicles in your driveway

-No garage sale signs

Brings absurdity, anal and pretentiousness to new levels.
