Heavy overnight rain brings flooding to parts of North Ridgeville
Heavy rain Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning resulted in street and basement flooding in areas of North Ridgeville, but the water receded quickly, one city official said.

If the water flows north to drain towards the lake how much does the huge sports park and all of the other new development on Lorain contribute to this flooding? There was about a foot of water covering Lear Nagle road where the ditch crosses the road on Wednesday.
