Southern Ontario, Quebec hit with heavy snowfall
A storm system that blanketed Ontario and Quebec with upwards of 25 centimetres of snow continues to track eastward toward the Maritimes, The dumping of fresh snow, along with chilly temperatures, created traffic troubles both on the ground and in the air in Central Canada.
