No industry wants to be negatively impacted by tire recycling. The amount of raw pelletized rubber materials that would result would lower the profits of those who sell virgin materials. Large corporations will lobby to have waste disposed of by landfilling, not recycling. Our elected officials will bow to their wishes.

We the people need to tell the corporations to try Capitalism. Murdered in 1913 by the FED with controlled interest rates it is time to resurrect the laissez faire Capitalism of Adam Smith. Government by Lobby is bribery & we need to put an end to it if the FED does not push us into WWIII & vaporize us.
We use the pelletized tires in our concrete & let the truckers transport the pellets instead of gravel dug out of the earth.
The Landfill is a business and responsible for its own cleanup but if recycling keeps them profitable it would be Constitutionally improper to cripple one corporation for the profit of another with a more generous Lobby.

Legislators who raid Peter to pay Paul should be dismissed without their pensions & that should include Pres. Clinton who robbed the Social Security Fund.
Recycling tires must produce some profit. Erecting a machine to pulverize tires on site would reduce transport cost & produce jobs.
