Mayor Jimmy Palmer swore in Tony Swink to the Calhoun City Board of Education. Swink was chosen at the school board's January 15 meeting to fulfill the term of Debra Moyer at Post 5, which ends on December 31, 2015.

this is the person who the people voted out of office but is quickly reinstated so the same agenda can now carry on with nobody to object the good old boys

Sadder still you and me, Cty Man, seem to be the only folks who have noticed the way they ignored the will of te people. What is the point in voting for somebody if they are going to leave mid-term?
