If you're gonna have a carbon tax on gasoline, make sure the 10% ethanol blends are also priced & taxed at the same rate & make sure that ethanol-free gasoline is available. People will finally notice that ethanol provides little to almost no power or mpg, as used in a low compression ratio gasoline car.
People will understand they pay a tax on top of the cost of ethanol that provides.......nearly nothing. That's as bad as 'taxation without representation".

Take B.C. or Sweden, or whichever/whatever .. nothing is perfect like a republic's constitution .. we do the best we can .. then improve it as needed .. off we go to the races .. take the cake for the old's trying hands/heads ... BRAVO
