NM's largest water utility repeals...

Board members of the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority voted Wednesday to rescind the "drought watch" they imposed earlier this year due to the dry conditions that have been plaguing New Mexico.

100% disgusting.
NO responsibility or accountability. Severe and exceptional water restrictions should never go away in wide sweeping areas of the US. SHAME, SHAME on the those their tails behind their legs.
