<quoted text>Just curious....are you retarded? You do know the difference in "s" & "z", right? You're making yourself look stupid.

The other people are saying, "What if they can't afford...", and your dumbass is harping about "pay someone to cut it".

F*cking moron, your stupid is showing.
If u can afford to live in my neighborhood u can afford to pay to have ur grazz cut. The ones who have the 2 foot high grazz are young people. And look fully capable of cutting it themselves to me

People fail to cut grass for many reasons- some lazy- some cant be helped- ie health, money- lawnmower stolen (have had 2 stolen in Charleston)- landlord not aware renter hasn't been cutting it- compassion maybe? A person who winds up in a nursing home for rehab might even pay someone and it not get cut. If all someone has to b@tch about is the height of someone else's grass and they delight in doing just that I believe their life is far more blessed than they deserve by far. In some cases it sounds like bullying "OH my MY yard looks better than so and so's- OMG I just GOTTA run and tattle -tell" REAllY? I think some of the people here didn't mature beyond Junior High. Meth labs, Child abuse, Gang Activity, and many more things are far more important than tall grass- which is NOT hay at 10 inches - I cut hay- its not even close MR Brilliant. I know its been years but I hope the haughty holier than thou among you get an update on this thread- and I hope fate has or will smack you HARD in the back of your thick skulls with a firm dose of humble pie because a clean yard doesn't mean you are any closer to sainthood than any homeless person squatting in one of the abandoned houses or impoverished living in a run down house. Petty cruel people like many posting here make me wonder if there is hope for WV.

Just another tax implemented on the working man. Some politician will sit back and feel like a champ because the city revenued so much off his law. This is an invasion on human rights. Nobody really owns anything Anymore. We are merely renting because we are taxed on everything and have to keep our properties to a standard to make others happy
