I operate a physical therapy clinic in Laguna Hills, California and I always tell clients, that when exercising or playing sports it is crucial to stretch before and after. If you're stretching correctly soreness and pain should be minimal if existent at all. http://www.pacificpropt.com

Why rely on products, do some yoga am sure it will heal any kind of pain.

I find using massage products also helps. There is a German brand called Casada that is superb.
