Last time we had hail damage state farm denied the majority of the claims, meanwhile neighors all received new roofs (whith less damage). Shame on State Farm

Same thing happened on my street. We all got new roofs except for the two who have/had(?) State Farm.

I will tell you the truth. After the hail storm a couple of years ago all my neighbors had new roof put on. But guess what? State Farm denied mine. After a bad hail storm just watch the houses that have new roofs put on and those that don't. The ones that don't are more than likely covered by State Farm.

I hate to hear this. We had a tree fall on our house about 3 yrs ago and State Farm was great. we got a new roof and back porch. Hope this isn't their new customer service.

A Mom...I guess they can't argue with a tree actually going through your roof!

I have had State Farm Coverage on auto for 55 years and this is the first bad customer service I have received. They didnít deny coverage on my vehicle they just wanted me to drive to Stockbridge or Decatur or some such placed to have it looked at.

We have SF and have had no problem whatsoever getting compensated for our losses in this last hail storm. Got plenty of money to fix the truck and just had a brand new roof installed today, with new siding and gutters to come. Granted this is our first claim. IDK, we're satisfied!

I am with a storm related roofing company and I have a 100% approval rating with all insurance companies except for USAA and State Farm. These two companies I have a 100% denial rate. Do the math...lol Damage so obvious that I am shocked that they deny it with a straight face. I had one adjuster last week tell me that the granules that cover the single are just for decoration and have not practical use other than aesthetics.... Wow

same here I called the head quarters they sent someone to the body shop where my vehicle was to be repaired at. Amazing isn't it ! Do you ask them to come pick up your monthly payment? They should do what your paying them for send someone to you.

We've had three roof claims since 2009 and yet still State Farm is only repairing the leaks in the roof instead of replacing the roof. However, they have no problem paying for all the damage inside the house after the leak, but they simply will not and I believe will never, replace the roof. The adjuster actually said our roof was still in very good shape. Are you kidding, we live in Oklahoma and just had tornado tpye winds & hail for two weeks straight. We've had State Farm for 26 years and at this point will take our business elsewhere.

I have been with State Farm for 15 years.(15 on car and 12 on house). We have had one claim total in all of the years and it was after a bad storm.(6 years ago) They said our roof was old so they only gave us $3000 for all of the repairs.
Our rates have increased on both vehicles and now both of our houses each year for four years. I just received our homeowners renewal on our primary home and our rate went up $200.
We also use the one on HWY 92 but we are looking to try a new insurance carrier.
Has anyone used USAA? I am worried about not having a physical location to visit.(Not that I ever actually visit the Statefarm location but its nice to know I can speak to someone if I need to)

USAA is THE BEST. You will NOT regret going with them. Their service is impeccable and they step up immediately when you are in need. I will never consider having my insurance with any other company. If you are familiar with Clark Howard, USAA is #1 on his list, as well.

Some USAA former customers may disagree with you...google; USAA sucks and read some interesting customer experiences with USAA
