Can anyone explain why Jared Tucker would put himself and others in danger by intentionally driving through flooded streets?

A smart person/driver would get out of harms way and not even drive on such a street.

What I do see is the city of Roswell needs to update their storm drain system.

Tucker is lucky his vehicle was not swept away in that flooding.

Roswell is flat. Draining is a time issue as well as gravity and slope. Note that Jared was not endangered as the water isn't really flowing with any velocity. As long as he could determine the curb locations, he was perfectly fine.

A smart person would properly analyze the situation before criticizing someone unfairly.

Thanks, never been there so have no first hand knowledge about the city.

Still driving as you make a movie is not a smart thing to do unless he pulled over as he took those pictures.

I came here 20 years ago , when the weather was good and stable , dont take a rocket scientist to know somethings screwy with our weather , and Im old enough to know its far from ordinary, . . . I hope this is it for a while , Ive had enough rain , its stalled my restoration on my 114 year old house more than my abilitys to work on it , like I said enough already , if I wanted this crap I could have stayed back east, . . . I like being able to work at least 70 hrs a week , at 2 jobs, . . . now we dont have a country bar in town due to the loss of boot scooters, . . . all the rest of the bars play faggot music , and cater to the youth , its pretty depressing , hope they rebuild, . . . yeh I know I sound like a pissy old man , . . . I am a pissy old man , . . . who needs a bigger window in weather to pump out more hours work, . . .

This happens at least once every summer. Get over it or go on back east and leave us alone and in peace/

And that water wasn't even near deep nor that much of it running down the roads.

And no one needs to go to a bar! Buy your beer like i do and go home where you are not a danger to the public.

BTW: Boot Scooters is back opened after some emergency cosmetic surgery on the dome!

Well, i was dumb enough to drive through the flood water on my way home, Thursday July 30th. Everybody else was driving thru it! Well it was on Atkinson and apparently everyone knows not to go down Atkinson, only I THOUGHT THEY FIXED Atkinson! I remember all the construction they did rebuilding that road! Well, i BLEW MY ENGINE, not knowing that THAT could happen! The most annoying part was calling my insurance company for roadside assistance! Try dialing your cell phone in a panic, electrical towers, lightning, floating in the water, and 3 young kids flipping out in the backseat! At least PERFECT STRANGERS were more willing to help me out than my own ppl! Thank you Roswell guys! That's why we STAYED when we moved here from Chicago 16 years ago. Now i just wish they would build some DANG storm drains for the monsoon season... At least my insurance company DID pay for a brand new $6600 engine! And it only took Bob Crow Chrysler 2 weeks to do it! Thank you TROY, they are always SO good to me there!

They call it H.A.A.R.P. Google it and take a look see at what they say about it. "Everywhere you look, there is something to see!".
