According to what revolutionary Council has been "telling us", they have spent $Millions of hard earned taxpayer money cleaning up cigarette butts and plastic grocery bags from the public beach. Had these revolutionary dreamers not been so quick to waste hard earned taxpayer money to,(as they often joke), "help the economy", the dangerous life-threatening pollutants would have been washed out to sea. There, dangerous bacteria would have fed upon cigarette butts and plastic grocery carry bags and died. This would have allowed revolutionary Council Governmental activists to grant life everlasting for only a few $Dollars more in hard earned tax money. A side benefit would have been that the planet would have been saved from its horrible future that is fast approaching.

I would imagine the algae have something to say in response to this pollution. If only we could get just one of this algae group to run for government office???
