well on the bright side of da flood , with the roads closed there were no drive by shootings or car jacking's.

they should have floods all the time to reduce crime in da hood.77

The I-96 rehab in Livonia/Redford may be set back. All the banks that had been graded have large washed out sections with tons of dirt on the expressway. All the catch basins are no doubt clogged.
