I just hope my weeping willow makes it! It's even lower than the last picture I showed you. I think a few of the top branches are broken, but it's hard to tell when it's still covered in ice!

Don't worry about it. Your multi layers of flab should be good enough protection, should you choose to actually go outside.
Oh Eric. Sticking with the fat jokes, huh? Too bad you missed the part where I've actually lost 47 pounds. Nice to know you think about me though. You try to have a Merry Christmas, little one. Hope you don't have to spend it alone.

I hops so too. Nothing worse than seeing your landscaping full of ice--or snow--and unable to do anything but watch it ruin.

Yeah, I know! I'm pretty sure it's only a couple of branches, but with it still covered in ice, it's hard to tell. Did you get any winter weather or rain?

We got 3/1/2 inches of rain--which is alot better than 12 inches of snow. I don't care WHAT Rotor says, rain is a LOT better than snow. He's just crazy like that......lol.

Finished at the store--I HOPE. Talk to you soon.

That is the biggest drawback to a caustic personality, spending holidays alone because nobody wants to hear your tired criticisms and raging diatribes. Trust me on this! My family is very, very sick of hearing me go on and on about how Kenyan-born gay Moslem Obama the Antichrist needs to be taken out of office by whatever means necessary.

I wouldn't want anyone to have to spend Christmas alone, even my troll. I hope you have a nice one too!

Thank you. I volunteered to work Christmas day for 12hr of Holiday pay and am also scheduled for 8hr on Christmas Eve. I did have an excellent Thanksgiving at my daughter's in rural Wisconsin. We will be eating turkey again as my wife is an outstanding cook and my employer gave me another one. Are you a Christian too?

Saw pictures this A.M. of some of the ice storm in your area. How bad did it get where you live?
We had about 3 inches of cold, nasty rain on Saturday . Still, that's much more preferable than the 12 or so inches of snow that we would have gotten, had it not been about 60 degrees for the 2 days previous.
Merry Christmas!!

We got close to an inch of ice, but the roads were warm enough to not get too bad. Mostly just the trees and power lines. Merry Christmas, B-Long!!

Oh the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

It doesn't show signs of stopping
And I've bought some corn for popping
The lights are turned way down low
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

When we finally kiss good night
How I'll hate going out in the storm!
But if you'll really hold me tight
All the way home I'll be warm

The fire is slowly dying
And, my dear, we're still goodbying
But as long as you love me so
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!
Now I'll never get that song out of my mind. So glad I love old Christmas songs. Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

Dear Mother Nature,

We acknowledge you are in complete control and we are at your mercy. Now, can we knock it off with this wintry mess? It's a bit over the top.

I blame Al Gore for this weather. He said the polar bears were in danger of extinction because of the lack of ice--well, he's certainly taken care of the we need more ice problem.....
