One of my pupils suggested to name typhoons after
the mayors, county magistrates , premiers , cabinet officials , legislators and presidents.

I ask him why?

He explains patiently ... you see we see them only when a storm is coming and some even only after mudslides and flooding but never on a sunny day!

OK mate!

Typhoon Jason Hu , typhoon William Lai etc. but the worst ones are those typhoons that kneels for show !

Most of them blames the weather bureau but even my pupils have more common sense than the number one rated mayor!
