Where was his mother? Also, what is a 5 and a 3 year old doing still in diapers?! Some people really shouldn't reproduce.

Why not reproduce? The rest of us are working all day long and they NEED something to do while they are home? Not to mention that you can also blame their teacher in Kindergarten for not toilet training them! Heck-maybe they could sue the teacher too. Why not have another kid by then, too? I am so tired of gross people having kids and the rest of us getting stuck raising them and trying to keep them away from the NORMAL kids so they won't infect them with lice or future drug use. They should be required to evolve a little on the food chain...in order to receive govt. assistance. For ex. If you want food stamps...you must have "toilet trained" children (proved at daycare/school) by the next 2 visits or each time we check your apt. it must meet a standard level of cleanliness...for ex. washed dishes. etc///

Normal kids? These kids are normal, they just have parents who for whatever reason just don't care. It's not the kid's fault and with people treating them like they are not normal, they grow up to be the same way. Children like this need someone to love them and make a better life for them. We need to teach them it doesn't have to be like that!

Gee I didn't know that future drug use was infectious or could be caught from being in the vicinity of a neglected child....hmmmm, learn something new everyday.

Yaa---the lice is the infectious stuff I was talking about...
The lowlife drug behavior may not be PHYSICALLY infectious...but, it certainly is the issue later on with children like this.

These kids are NOT normal. Most people who neglect or have children under these circumstances are almost always ---either mentally disabled, impoverished, or on drugs themselves. There is no doubt that a "few" children will manage to DIG themselves out of the cruddy lives they were born into...but, most sadly enough will end up being criminals, drug addicts, and unexemplary students sitting next to/negatively effecting children who have decent parents. I wish love could fix that. It doesn't...only jail, a miracle from God, or a whole lot of money. Usually a combination of the three. If you think I'm wrong...you work with children like those in this article for 5+ yrs or so. Reality will make things "very" clear to you, Ms. Connie.

Why did these witnesses let this boy run loose for 2 hours? Someone should have called the police a lot sooner!

Heck, I'd take a two hour nap too, but unfortunately I have to go to work.

Feel better now after screaming at Ms. Connie?! It looks like to me that she loves children and feels as if they should all be treated the same, no matter what. Maybe she's not been out in this huge, mean, heartless world a lot of us have seen. She doesn't realize that these neglected children grow up to be as sorry as their parents and are a watse of time and money. Right?!
