No. That is being accurate as salmon don't recognise the national boundary. They recognise their 'home river'.
JF Aus, asked a reasonable question, "What has happended to the salmon missing from Canada?"
They aren't missing from France or a French river, they're missing from a Canadian river, which is recognised and described by humans as being in Canada.

NB: CO2 is vital for animal life to exist on planet Earth.

It's unlikely that sockeye salmon are affected by it, but here are some pics:

Correct, salmon are unlikely to be affected by it. Plastic pollution is offensive to humans but during over 50 years diving experience I swear I have never seen a single animal dead due to plastic. I am not denying an occasional animal can be killed by plastic, especially when that plastic was probably eaten dfue to extreme hunger resulting from natural food devastation.

I dide not see any salmon in the photos of garbage.

Are you denying plastic pollution? Never heard of the 'Great Pacific Garbage Patch"? Nor did I link salmon mortality to plastic as a single cause. Overfishing of prey species is another possible mortality factor. Or sea lice from fish farming operations. etc. Get your head out of the green slime.
LessHypeMoreFact, are you suggesting salmon can starve to death in the ocean? What scientific evidence do you have to prove wild salmon can starve to death?

Overfishing you say. Where did you hear that?

It sounds like you should get your head into some knowledge, especially as to whether salmon prey species may be devastated due to algae "green stuff" preventing stocks from regenerating.

Best you find answers to determine whether it is nutrient pollution-fed algae "green stuff" or CO2 killing the ocean food web.

Why is this a bad thing?
There are too many people on this planet, why not let nature take it's course. If man is causing the problem, it's common sense (which I know is in short supply nowadays) that less men will create less of a problem.
Are you prepared to make that sacrifice? Do you think you could survive and how much suffering could you endure?

Governments across the globe should have seriously addressed over-population a long time ago but they wouldn't or couldn't because of religion, so we will all eventually pay the price.

The problem is underpopulation, when I was a kid I was told we'd have nine billion people by 2000. Where are those missing three billion people? Imagine all the art, scientific advance, new medical technology and business we could have.

Our world is a less interesting place with fewer people.

You have proved now that you truly are a lunatic! Populations increase exponentially and once a population reaches a certain level, unless it is devastated by natural disaster or war, then it must create a shortage of water, food, space, resources - all those things we need in order to live and thrive!

That's not the way population is working in Europe, England or America. As infant mortality falls, the incentive for larger families decline and people choose to have fewer children. Malthus is old hat, this is the 21st Century.

Nevertheless, the population is still expanding, especially in the most over-populated places and that, at the very least, makes for a more competitive society with less personal freedoms.

A big wake up is needed. Too much time and money is being spent on CO2 scheme business while real problems like islander malnutrition and marine animal starvation are being ignored. See:
