U R the DOPE; this move is part ofthe sf/silicon-ners plan to declare properties unlivable, evict tennants and squatters and then raise all rents SKIEEEEEY high. The point is in the paper on the subject by Professor Pasqualeti. This is your final notice before these baby boom money printers buy your rights right outa your mind.

Do you know how stupid you all sound?
I live in NW California, and this is so far the dryest season on record. My springs are dry, and I do not grow. I am hoping for a good rain in the next few weeks to refresh my springs before my water tanks go dry too.

Yes there's a shortage of rainfall this year. Springs and streams are drying up. Rivers are low and lakes are at their lowest in years. I think there's enough water to get us by if everyone had to recycle.

Problem is the rich think they can buy all the water they want and then not recycle it for others to use.

Capitalism ......
