This is not a study about AGW.
Every scientist knows the effects of AGW are bad.
A higher standard of living due to AGW is only possible IF such an increase is defined as 'bad'.

This story is clearly bogus.

The National Center for Policy Analysis is funded by the Koch brothers, who stand to lose billions if they can't burn their coal; no surprise they would like to portray AGW as beneficial.

However, the IPCC report (independent, and approved by representatives of all world governments as objective) states that there is a balance of beneficial and harmful effects.

Up to now, there have been some beneficial effects, but warming is going to continue for decades and centuries.

Harmful effects will outweigh beneficial effects by far.

This is the truth that greedy lying bastards like the Koch brothers deny.
