Fritzpatrick said Richwood wouldn't lose power anymore after they put that electric in at the tannery bridge area.

Of course that doesn't mean anything, he also said the city would have a place at the old city dump to dump nusiance houses into too and that didn't happen.

Fritpatrick isn't as credible as he once was, if ever. He talks a good talk but doesn't always come through.
