TriStar opens ER today in Portland's former hospital

Portland's hospital closed in 2008, but people in the town will soon have a convenient place to go for medical emergencies.

In ths day and age of "in network" required services for ER and Hopitalization services... For those of us who do not have Tristar as our primary, it matters not... If President Obama or the Repubicans where in actuality trying to help this IbsurNc requirement would be removed and unlawful. In other words every time I am in an area where my network is nit covered... I automatically become the uninsured, maybe we should be paying for two insurance polices, in network and out...
