Among several environmental reports in this article was the following:

"the weekly storms during late March and the first half of April have taken their toll, according to bird expert Kent Jensen of South Dakota State University. He and others beneath North America's Central and Mississippi migratory “flyways” have found dead robins in their backyards. The birds were emaciated and had even burned up their breast muscles for nutrition in a last-ditch effort to survive. "The ground to the north in North Dakota and Canada is still frozen, and we're only getting occasional thaws that allow the birds to feed from the ground here in eastern South Dakota," Jensen tells Earthweek. He said many species are holding back farther south until spring finally arrives."

Late Winter & early Spring conditions in northern Canadian mainland & islands have been terrible. In the middle of Winter, temperatures were often -40 deg around Hudson Bay, even trapping Killer Whales in the Bay. While Spring north Arctic land temperatures have risen strongly(intermittently to 0degC.), even in Siberia, western Alaska, northern Europe & southern Greenland, curmudgeon temperatures, in northeastern Canada, are still winter-like. Cold in the minus mid-twenty degC. in all regions of the area, one report yesterday, just north of Hudson's Bay, is -30 degC.!!

I would call for a boycott of tourism in Tanzania. Let them know that this practice is abhorent and unacceptable, in both the use of dolphins as bait and 'shark finning'.
