How unusual for the homeless to actually come before animals in Britain...guess it is just the headline though. Animals can always be put down legally whereas the dirty smelly homeless haven't had anywhere to go since the wicked Baroness closed all the mental hospitals (as a punishment to Labour voters as most of the mental patients come from the Red-voting areas)
