Of course, the GOP Congress cut the state department cut the security budget $300 million, put Bengazi on them.
Good point, we needed to have extra security for our embassy’s in England and Italy and France and Australia and Switzerland. No wonder we were short staffed in Benghazi, not enough money to go around.

$300 million goes a long way- hundreds of security were cut from staff.

So Obama/Clinton cut security for Benghazi, right after they overthrew the government and passed it along to the Muslim Brotherhood. Interesting decision, I mean who could have foreseen anything going wrong. But hey, Obama is leading. Our job is to follow or get out of the way.

Amazingly stupid. The same old "Democratic Wars" nonsense dressed up with "progressive" instead, even though neither Dems nor liberals called themselves "progressives" during any of those wars.

So you're a pacifist opposed to all war? If not, you're merely a partisan hypocrite. Which is it?

And FWIW, the Gulf War, War in Afghanistan, and War in Iraq were all run by Republicans. As was much of Vietnam. Dumbass.

BTW, you refuted NOTHING. It was Boehner who pulled the bill from the table, then hurriedly put it back after even members of his own party rebelled.

Obama did not prevent a vote on this, and is not responsible for Republican failure. Get that through your head.

Taxes are rising, but it could have been more painful.
This is the MSM's way to soften the blow that you were lied to again, when Obama said only the top two percents taxes would go up.
Everyone from 20,000 per year up gets a tax increase. SUPRISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSE!
Techically true, but most if not all of the increase to lower income groups is due to ending a temporary reduction in Social Security taxes that was only intended as a tempory bosster of the economy anyway. The point being made in the post I am responding to is very misleading as the SSI tax levels are simply reverting back to what they were when Obama took office.

Funny how the GOP cries about Benghazi security but the GOP cut the funding to keep embassies safe by some $300 million.

Can you show me in any of Obama's speeches where he prefaced that the increase for the top two percent was only from one source..........didn't think so.

Question, didn't these people have INSURANCE???? In order to have a mortgage initiated, you must have an insurance policy in effect. Are the insurance companies balking on paying the claims? So much for MANDATED INSURANCE by our governmental over seers. When the insurance companies start balking at paying the claims when OBAMACARE goes into effect, will we have an 'AID BILL' set up to fund that failure too? Think about it.

White House finally releases 1st briefing photo of Obama on night of Benghazi attack; Update: 3 months old?

posted at 8:01 am on January 4, 2013 by Ed Morrissey

The White House in any modern administration has an official photographer whose duty is to take pictures all day long of official and unofficial activities of the President. Sometimes those events are obviously momentous, while others only become so in retrospect. The White House releases some into the public domain on its Flickr site, but only those that please the administration. Others — like the photos of Barack Obama being briefed on the unfolding attack on our consulate in Benghazi on September 11th — require a little more effort to have released. In this case, it took public criticism (and perhaps the threat of a lawsuit) from several media outlets to get this picture released (via Fox and The Blaze):

The look on Obama's face says it all, YOU TOOK ME AWAY FROM THE PARTY FOR THIS.
