EDITORIAL: Sewer plan on Bolivar Peninsula needs fewer barriers

Folks on the Bolivar Peninsula have survived Hurricane Ike, so they can probably get through the shenanigans surrounding a visionary plan to finally install a modern sewage system.

It was no accident that the survey went out with apparent misinformation. It will surely color the way residents respond. Scare tactics have always been the best way to manipulate the public.
