I don't know who Allison Alexander is, but I Googled her name after hearing she was hired by my local station in Providence. Her and her husband are moving here this month. I look forward to seeing her. It sounds like she is well liked.

I heard allison alexander is moving to providence to anchor. we loved her. she was the only reason we watched ch.19--then she vanished. Their gain is 19 loss. Didn't she have the best smile in cleveland?

The whole area of Cleveland has a backwoods, mafia style mentality. Channel 19 is within this mentality, as is all the other stations (nothing like controlled and selective media). I'm sorry I haven't already moved, but it is in the works!

I'm REALLY dissapointed that there appears to be a lot of changes for 19 Action News & Weather and we all are feeling it.
I'm bothered with the fact that you have removed from your on line weather, a very important feature. The ability to click on a NE Ohio map for up to date weather information for a particular area, from high schools. Especially the amount of rain that has fallen so far that day, temperature and winds.
I visited your web site often, but now that it has changed, I have deleted it from my computer.(I believe it was listed as...weather.net... under WEATHER)
Sorry to see your popularity has changed with some of us. I also now watch either channel 8 or 5 news and weather, but keep peeking to see if improvements have been made. 19 Action News and weather used to be the only one we watched.

Is competing for viewers to be Number One no longer your stations goal? After your resent decision to release Allison, I wouldn't worry either way. It was clear when her glasses disappeared and a pound of makeup applied towards the end you had no clue! Your station was already standing out from all the others! I'm sure that's no longer issue.

Good Luck on your New Direction. Maybe the next Wilma Smith will be all thanks to you!

I called the station as soon as they were gone and was told only that they were no longer employed there. I even emailed Harry Boomer with no reply. Big mistake - but now I just saw Bruce this morning on channel 3 Sat. am weather. Shows how smart they are. Won't be watching channel 19 - you had a great morning team but now it is lacking even though some are good they don't work together like the old team.

It was a bad move getting rid of Allison. I will watch Fox 8 news now.
Tiffany just does not have the humor and personality that is the best Cleveland has to offer. I actually watch four Harry Boomer....he'd be an excellent news anchor for a show that did a half hour of real news. <p>I watch channel 19 because it's situation-comedy funny...a real WKRP, but on TV.

Maybe this year the browns might run Jerome TD harrison is the best back since marshall faulk he had more yard in college than Reggie bush a true find for the browns we act like grumps though 1900 yards in one year and cant even get a snap in the nfl When he plays on the field whatever or where ever we eventually score he could be like adrian peterson our barry sanders but nobody would now cuz he don't play and every game that he did play we won. like he only cames in to save the game not to build and sustain a lead we need to complain! cuz we could made the playoffs with him on the field, more yards than reggie bush when bush won the hiesman and he is better between the tackles!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to e-mail the station with regard to Sharon Reed but cannot find a proper site for it. Something has to be done about the way she treats people, especially the other anchor people. I have much more to say. Please let me know the proper website for this. Thank you

Is it true that Sharon Reed is no longer with the station? If so, that is the most intellegent decision they could have made. She was pompous and rude to everyone from the people she reported about to her fellow anchorpeople. Good riddens.

Where is Allison Alexander. Did she go elsewhere. I have heard nothing. She had a lot of zip, great smile and just seemed so likable. Made getting up for work much easier. I would tune to 19 news even though I live in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This new a.m. anchor has as much personality as the walls in my house and the Youngstown, Ohio anchors. Find another Allison. Please.

There's a hostage situation on Wadsworth, Ohio. Medina County Sheriff's have the area blocked off and residents locked in their houses. They are walking through yards searching. It's weird not seeing it on any news stations though.
