Task Force: California Storms Didn't End Drought
Two recent storms that washed over bone-dry California delivered welcome rain and snow, but officials from the state's Drought Task Force said Tuesday that much more is needed to alleviate the crisis.

Ah about time too.
The storm in S.California was generally missed on the news to the point where it got a mention in passing from CNN talking about roadblocks due to debris.
This just about doubles the volume of reportage in one item.
