it is just result of alliance with usa and fellows from nato. Country lies totally in ruin, corruption, poverty,genocide, criminals by power ( such criminals, who can be in power only thanks to war ), wind or rain brings natural disaster. They shoudld say thank for fellows from usa, because it is full blame of usa.
