Well he's right, weather is caused by climate change. Climate changes all the time, so does the weather.

Is a cooler ocean "climate change"? The cooler the tropical ocean the more intense the SW drought.

Not climate scientists. TWO, count em, TWO out of thousands of climate scientists. And they have long histories of public denialism that is NOT supported by evidence, science papers or even common sense.
