Hmm looks like venice in the Poe rather than the po.

Looks likel there will need to be another case of room closure and filling with debris and rebuilding & resurfacing of the piazzas "Ankh Morpork style".

Appears that the same result of resurfacing of the ground floor may be needed in Manhattan"
