This is just great-----I'm sure Rocky Mountain National Park rescuers are so proud of her.

She is famous, and a "well-known Estes Park author". When you write one book, this is what they will say about you when you do something dangerous and required 40,000 man hours plus overtime to rescue you during sea castration.

Someone died. Avalanches are unpredictable. Fires are unpredictable. Life is unpredictable. What is your point - Stay in front of your computer all day and get eye cancer? Or get out any enjoy the great outdoors, exercising your death wish by doing things in the winter because you are bored and want to close down a national park for 72 hours and divert attention from how a wildfire cost $6 billion to fight because no one wanted to bother spending $100 on a pail of water and a donkey, instead they allowed people to "train" on it for a few months until it took out 10,000 acres and scared the bejesus out of the Y and remember, people are good husbands and good fathers even when they do things that are incredibly risky and cost millions of taxpayer dollars in rescue crews because their life isn't challenging enough without going out and getting a "climbing partner" whatever the hell that is.
