We'd save a lot more water if INS agents toured garages for illegal aliens living in them... illegally.
It is NOT the responsibility of United States citizens to curb their water usage so as to support the welfare cases of Mexico.
Ignore all "water saving" legislation. Water your lawns, wash your cars, and eft the sociopaths in local government.
