48 Texas cities facing water shortages

The Lockney City Council held a special meeting after a water pump at Mackenzie Municipal Water Authority went down with electrical issues April 4. Lake Mackenzie supplies about a quarter of the water Lockney residents use, according to March data provided by the authority.
