I am sorry for the loss of life. Indian Govt is responsible for it. In this day and age
No perSon should die from floods. Year after year thousands of people die due to floods. Please believe me Gov have done nothing since centuries whether foreign rulers our our own country men. Floods occur in other countries as well. Only once people die in small numbers and never again. Because they plug the hole. But in India people are illiterate and Ignorant of their rights. They just accept atrocities and failures of Govt. As if this is their fate. This is not your fate. Younger being killed
Due to inaction by your Govt of the day. I am sorry for telling the truth as I see it.
