Forbes '13: the modeling procedures the IPCC uses to create their of climate change projections violated 72 of 89 relevant forecasting principles.

However, two of the three wrote in 2011:

We found enough information to make judgments on 89 out of a total of 140 forecasting principles. The forecasting procedures that were described violated 72 principles.

Who are these people? They appear to be paid by the heartless inc.
