The answer to the title of the article can be another question: "What if the Yellowstone supervolcano does not erupt?" There is currently absolutely no sign of an impending eruption. Anyway, we - volcanologists - are not yet able to predict a volcanic eruption. My only piece of advice to the readers of the article would be to go and visit Yellowstone National Park without worrying about a possible eruption!!
