No, I don't think so. Somebody in the victims' family apparently never had a civics class in high school. He/she knows so little about our government and how the court system works. We are not Hitler's Germany yet, but well on our way.

In Reply to the above:
No, I am not related to the accused; No, I have NEVER been a lawyer, I am/was a paralegal at a time and did some undercover work for a federal agency. That is all I'm going to say.
I am a firm believer in Christ and God and I am angry because the police trashed the church's parsonage.
It is hard for me to believe that a pastor--Baptist in particular--to be guilty of something like this. From the published reports, the police didn't have a clue until a call from some unnamed individual in Michigan.
The police always withhold details so that if they make an arrest and get a confession, the culprit will know details and can answer questions that only the defendant would know. It is not unusual for innocent people to confess to crimes that they did not commit. Sometimes under pressure and maybe for other reasons.
I have to go now, be back later.
By-the-way, to the gentleman that thinks I were a lawyer at sometime, THANKS for the compliment.

There's your problem. You think a pastor couldn't do this. You're an idiot. History lesson for ya:

There's been far more killing done in the past by religious people. The police have the killer.

Hitler and Stalin killed more Christians than any religious leaders have in the history of the world including the Muslims that have killed at least thousands. Hitler and Stalin killed millions.
You need to study history rather than limit your debating skills to name calling.

I am sure that you are right; however, two wrongs do not make a right, nor does committing a wrong make another wrong right. There still was no reason or excuse for the destruction of the church's parsonage.
