Judge declared it a mistrial because Becky is in an Alabama hospital in the ICU. Said she would be taken into custody and held without bond untill the next trial and charged with court cost for the mistrial and retrial.

the reporter for wtva is incorrect. She will not be paying for the cost of the trials. Judge Pounds told her lawyer she would be responsible for the cost in the event that she had purposefully injured herself somehow in order to get out of trial. That is not the case, and it was irresponsible reporting on their part. Becky's vitals are stable though she is still very ill and the trial will be rescheduled for another time. Thanks to all for their concern.

Well....since you seem to know so much about it, why don't you enlighten the rest of us. Did she purposefully injure herself to get out of trial...or is she in the hospital for some other reason? If she is still very ill, think we would all like to know what is wrong with her....so was is the case?

And the Corinth paper saying the same thing as WTVA and the Tupelo Paper. Still curious myself as to what happened to her.

she in no way attempted to injure herself. as i told another misinformed person, doctors found no indication of an overdose of any kind in her bloodwork. her body has simply shut down, most likely from the stress she has been under. she is still in ICU, still extremely ill, but there have been some small improvements. none of the papers or news agencies have implied that she tried to kill herself, anyway. i've seen them myself. its just an unfortunate assumption that many people seem to be making. she needs prayers and support, not your judgment. thanks.
