It'll all come out at the trial. No need to keep this going on, the news papers were very clear in the description of the incident. Some people just love dirty laundry. My sympathy goes out to the families.

You clearly don't know the definition of an assault weapon. The shotgun was a Remmington 870 pump action.
This was no accident. To shoot her twice, he would have had to pump it again after shooting her the first time. There was clearly foul play.

I sure sounds like the prosecutor should hire you as an expert witness as a gun expert and a "what happened" expert too!!

Someone asked the question "How do you shoot someone twice accidentally?"

It may have been rhetorical but some people just can't visualize a scene like this. It's not that it's common sense, it's just logical. In order to form logic, you must think. Which a lot of people on here don't do.

Simply put, It's not possible to "accidentally" shoot someone twice with a Remington 870 shotgun !!!!

Only he and God knows what happened. Maybe she was on drugs or drinking and possibly attacked him with the gun and he was taking it from her and it went off.....Twice. Or ?

Does anyone know the latest on this case? There has been so much political garbage on here lately that it makes it hard to keep up with real issues. Has there been a trial yet?

They made two plea deals so far and he rejected them both. There has been no trial date set yet.
And I agree so tired of politics and the bridges.
