This is a sensible justice system in action....what went wrong all of a sudden?

Long may it continue....(not going to hold my breath just yet though).

where is the justice in that!clearly it states anyone who lays threats on your property you have the power or the right to murder the tresspasser.??i find this murderer and the justice system twisted. what are they thinking?? giving a cold blooded murderer the freedom to allow to continue a normal life without punishment for his actions, the murdered victim approached the farmer ALONE with ONLY threats, unarmed. and in return was shot dead and named a gang associate.what a pack of tomato sauce!! unless the information source is inaccurate?? and the farmer accused of murder was cleared of murder!!wheres the justice in that???

Great verdict and the kind of justice we need in NZ your home is your castle and when gang members or gang associates come onto your prperty to threaten you you can give them what they deserve.

this victim was killed, because he approached the farmer alone, unarmed and verbally asked for his wages.wtf. The farmer refused to pay the victim for the jobs he had done.then farmer in return blantently shot him. admitted he killed the man , and got off with the court only hearing his side of the story. what a shame. with no re-appeal no sentence.and further more no media support because ohr assumed gang associate?? the victim shot was not an associate of any gang but had a big interest in cars, eg Valiants, chryslers, dodges plymouths theres no gang in that.i think the media is a gang, populating everywhere, and can cause alot of conflict, and unnessary actions. they are the worst critics.and they continue to publish rubbish that the public are lead to believe. Think of how victims immediate family feels, Make the farmer pay for his cruel intentions. this victim had a family to feed. now whoz supporting them??
