If he is saying he didn't commit this crime and was one of the people to last see her alive then surely he has a idea of who did it. And why has the family not hired a private eye to prove he didn't do it?

The family didn't have money for a good attorney, nor for a private eye. Jason Todd was not the last one to see her awake. There was other people there. The assault victim picked 3 ppl outta the line up, then claimed she didn't wanna get the wrong one convicted. The assault victim also told jury she took assault weapon to bath room to clean it. If she got stabbed then why would she fight for bbq fork and take it to bathroom to clean it. June killed Val and blamed Jason . Jason woke up to all this and instead of calling cops, he freaked out an ran. June is a killer and her daughter helped her.

He never said he was the last one to see her alive. Do you know something we don't? He had a private eye for your info and has even talked to the Innocent Project. The private eye even got on the stand and more less was ignored. The Innocent Project can't take his case even though they want to due to his case still being in appeals. They are working on getting him a new court date.

To convict someone of murder in Kentucky the commonwealth has to establish a motive. What was there motive in this case?

They tried to establish one but couldn't. It was a family friend he went to see. He is suing because they violated his rights. You seem to know a lot, care to expose yourself?

The only thing I don't get is why he or his family get a private company to give him a lie detector? Also June should have been given a polygraph too. I believe this would have helped this man if he was telling the truth.

The detectives would have taken the results and if he was telling the truth they would have had to look for another suspect it the Kentucky state police would have took over the case to prevent small town justice .

Also it's not uncommon for a person to freak out and leave in a horrible scene. It's the brains normal defense to get away from a dangerous situation. Even if you did no wrong.

And the only way a polygraph can be compromised us with Valium or other meds. A company would also give a drug test to make sure the test results are not altered.

I'am also curious what the detectives concluded what they think he did that night. Was she killed over her meds or money? Or was it a jealous rage over something. Please shed some light on what they said happen.

It's like this get a copy of the transcripts. You have so many unanswered questions, well so do we. He offered to take the test, they wouldn't let him. Jason went to see and old friend and ended up in prison. He admitted to taken a Xanaz but that's it. The private investagater got on stand and it's like they ignored him. There was so much reasonable dought and no DNA of his on neither weapons. Were is his JUSTICE..

Well I guess you either knew June or Val. I don't care either way but unless you can help, leave it alone because his family/friends and her family have to go through enough

I came across this story and took time to read all the comments and even the letters he wrote. I have a friend that was convicted of rape and then was found innocent. My friend lost 3 1/2 years of his life and freedom because of a detective trying to make a name for himself. I too believe there is a lot of reasonable doubt to even prosecute this man.

No guilt here. Just saying there wasn't any of his DNA on either weapon and his family didn't have money to hire him a REAL Lawyer. There was so much reasonable dought that he shouldn't even be where he is,but he will get a retrial. Innocents Project wants this case but can't have it due to him having appeals open.
