The death penalty is appropriate for all thugs involved in this crime. We spend to much time and tax dollars trying to rehabilitate these morons.
I would guess tax payers have always supported these idiots and their families .
Time to stop wasting tax payers cash on this type trash,and use the money for people that do the right thing and really need the help..

An isolated 8'x10' barb-wire cell in a Utah gulag -- tent+ cot + bread + water would serve justice. No visitors no communication no 'services'.
