<quoted text>He would have been released in 2006 from maximum expiration of sentence. It's a travesty what happened to those firemen. If your life sucks that much take yourself out of the equation but don't try to make a statement by killing innocent people or those coming to try to help. That whackjob in CT should have just done himself instead of the carnage he caused. But if they do that the statement they are trying to make fizzles in their warped minds.

Bloomberg has two of his firefighters killed by a convicted criminal for killing his 90 year old mother with a hammer,(I didn't hear a call for banning hammers), then his criminal justice system lets this nut back out on the street to kill again. Don't blame the gun Bloomberg-start at your DA's office and work your way up to the Parole Board.

There is more than one criminal actor in this incident.

Actually the firemen killed were volunteers in a department 300 miles from NYC where Bloomturd is mayor. Spengler beat his grandmother to death with a hammer and idolized his mother who died in October. Bloomberg will join the howling chorus of Governor Cuomo and Atty General Schniederman in screaming for more gun control. Again the law abding citizen will have more Rights taken away which do not stop a criminal one damn bit.

how much the debt rose under each president:

Under Clinton: Increase of $1.54 trillion, or 37 percent

Under George W. Bush: Increase of $4.899 trillion, or 86 percent

Under Obama: Increase of $3.661 trillion, or 34 percent
Yes, but Bush2 was in office 8 years to increase the debt by $4.899 trillion.
Obama at the time of your statistics was in office 2.25 years to increase it by $3.661 trillion.
At that pace, Obama will have added $13.0168889 trillion after his 8 years in office.

True.

Also important is where Spengler got his guns. I think in any murder case the origin of the gun is important

Correct. We agree. Any and all evidence of illegal conduct involving the weapons used in this or any other crime should be investigated and prosecuted aggressively.

Obama should demand that Bloomy stay in the city he was elected to govern during the next snow storm, instead of jetting out of town to Bermuda.

The fireman's killer beat his grandmother to death with a hammer. Why was he out in society again? He should have been given the hot shot like a mad dog. We have too much compassion for the wrong people.

So your saying that blacks in Chicago are mentally unstable? There have been over four hundred murders of school age children in Chicago in the recent past, mostly all black, killed by other blacks. The majority of deaths by gun are suicide. Maybe they should pass a law making it illegal for a black person to kill another black in the city of Chicago. That would make a huge difference.

Please think, for just one moment, about who has done more harm to the United States of America in the past 10 years, according to people who know something about the matter:
By Ezra Klein
From the New York Times
BUSH CONTRIBUTION TO DEFICIT:$5.07 TRILLION
OBAMA CONTRIBUTION TO DEFICIT $1.44 TRILLION
Bush New Costs 2002-2009
Iraq, Afghanistan Wars $1, 469 billion
Bush tax cuts 1, 812 billion
Non-defense discretionary spending 608 billion
TARP and other bailouts 224 billion
Medicare drug benefit 180 billion
2008 stimulus & other changes 773 billion
BUSH - TOTAL COST NEW POLICIES $5.07 TRILLION
Obama New Costs 2009-2017
(Includes projections)
Stimulus spending $ 711 billion
Non-defense discretionary spending 278 billion
Stimulus tax cut 425 billion
Health reform & entitlement changes 152 billion
OBAMA – TOTAL COST NEW POLICIES $1.44 TRILLION
Of course you believe that bunch of bullshit. Now a look at reality. Obama has added 1+ trillion in debt each year he has been in office, and has failed to pass a budget or even try in four years now. President Davis has added as much debt in four years as W did in eight. You should apply for a job in the Davis administration as you are obviously very comfortable spreading falsehoods and lies, and you lack the critical thinking skills to even recognize the absurdity of that post.

The $10.6 Trillion he's portioned to Bush is only 7 years of spending, he as others who think along the lines he does, doesn't adequately attribute 8 years of spending to Bush, omitting 2009, which began Oct 1, 2008.

That's a condition of not knowing how the Federal Fiscal year is accounted and, yet discussing Budgets.
