Lesser Shooting Charge Possible

Jul 11, 2013 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: The Intelligencer

In an unmistakable setback for George Zimmerman, the jury at the neighborhood watch captain's second-degree murder trial was given the option Thursday of convicting him on the lesser charge of manslaughter in the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

Exactly. NO problem though; IF by any chance Zimmie is found guilty of ANYTHING a win on appeal is a sure thing after all the mickey mouse incompetence and stupidity displayed by the prosecution and "judge".

Very true. If by any chance hes found guilty of ANYTHING it will go down the tube in appeals. I often wonder if that's not the plan. Pacify the Afrikans with some sort of guilty verdict and free him on appeals without so much media spotlight. Hard to imagine but anythings possible. Better off to let nature take its course and thin the undesirables once and for all.

Do you think one of the bucks is banging the Judge or Prosecutor? There has been so much bullshit that the trial is a joke, the State had nothing so now they go for anything, lie, cheat, anything but a fair trial.

If the Florida BAR Association does not take the Prosecutions license then they are a fools like the rest.

I never thought I would see the day in the US when the pink panthers could force a trial and so sway the Prosecution and Judge.

Who cares if the pink panthers are upset. They can shut up, or be shut up, either way they want it. If they don't start no shit there will be no shit.

I too am thinking that is their plan. Wouldn't surprise me at all. That "judge" is just too belligerent to be for real.

how can a person be convicted of a crime that they have NOT been tried for-or even charged with-- all this is total BS. ZIMMERMAN has not even been charged with manslaughter of third degree murder, they even wanted to go with injury to a child. to be convicted of a crime you have not been charged with, or tried for is total BS to keep the SAVAGES from rioting-----well good luck with that--they will riot either way.
