OK YOU MAY HAVE A POINT ABOUT ONLY ONE PERSON CAN PULL THE TRIGGER, BUT IF THAT PERSON PULLING THE TRIGGER HAD SOMEONE IN THEIR HEAD TELLING THEM TO PULL THE TRIGGER THEN THEY ARE BOTH GUILTY OF THE CRIME AT HAND.AND HOW DEAR YOU SAY HE SHOULD OF STAYED SOUTH AND MAYBE HE WOULD BE ALIVE, NO MAYBE PUNKS LIKE GEORGE NEED TO GROW UP....AND WHEN HE IS SITTING IN JAIL HE WILL THINK ABOUT ALL THE LIVES HE RUINED BECAUSE HE WANTED TO BE THE HYPE MAN......GEORGE RAINY GOT WHAT HE DESERVED

The only reason this case was overturned on appeal was because of the judge. Judge Chronister was informed by one of the defense counsel prior to trial that he had represented the chief witness in the Commonwealth's case in a prior proceeding. All counsel, for both the Commonwealth and Defense, agreed that this was a conflict. Judge Chronister, in his ultimate wisdom, disagreed. The Superior Court disagreed with the judge. Sometimes the problem lies with the person that is responsible for preventing the problems. Fortunately this judge is no longer presiding over criminal cases. It is, however, advisable for the public to be cautious of who they are voting into these positions.

Based on your logic, or lack there of, the "Gangstas" that were in the car when the 9 year old girl was gunned down on Mothers Day should all be let go. Because they weren't violent. Only one person pulled a trigger. ARE YOU INSANE.

Gang mentality has been around for generations. ie movies like "Gangs of New York", "Warriors", and "New jack City". A bunch of "Thugs" driving around looking for trouble. Wanting and demanding respect out of fear or intimidation. But if these so called tought guys were by themselves, they are scared little babies.

He will get a mini sentence of 25 yrs. Making him 51 years old when he is first elegible to be released. If he has children, they will be 25 years removed from his influance. The best thing that can happen to them. Bye bye George.
