Mayor: Hartford To Investigate Stun Gun Shooting Of Teenager
Mayor Pedro Segarra said Wednesday that the Hartford police internal affairs division and a civilian review board will investigate an officer's use of a stun gun on an 18-year-old during a confrontation in the city's North End.

Here we go again.. The victim was a "Good Boy" and the Police Officer becomes the suspect. Fists clinched, shirt off, and advancing towards an officer who is trying to do his job, by breaking up a crowd of "Animals". Seems like a great kid.. If you weren't acting aggresivley towards the police, you wouldn't of gotten tased. Stop making excuses for the bad behavior of these kids. I wonder if Wric Holder is going to come to Conn to investigate. You have to ask yourself one question, why is it when minotlritoes in Chiacago are killing each other everyday, Obama and Holder don't get involved. Democrats use minotlritoes to get votes, always have and always will, that includes Mayor Segara.
